My name is Bruce Wright. I'm VP Sales for Pimberly.
Pimberley is a product information management platform.
We are UK-based, located in Manchester.
As a business, we've been going for around seven years
and I've worked for the business for most of that time.
So, my role has evolved from the start whereby I
was selling direct for Pimberly direct to end users.
But now my role is expanded into working with
partners and creating partnerships that are worthwhile friend users.

It's typically the product description,
the attribution, the imagery
and that could be a video, as well as, various different types of image.
And also, if we're looking at technical data,
then that could be something like a PDF, for example,
that would assist you in terms of
understanding the technical functionality of that product.
It's all geared around the end user
experience and that's what Pimberly will provide you.
Product data in terms of a retail strategy is really,
really important because there are many,
many different organizations looking out onto the web right now and they're
all are competing to try and get on page one of Google.
So, how do you differentiate yourself?
Well, one of the ways is how you present your product data
and as I've mentioned previously at the core of
a website is the ability to understand and promote your product data
in the right possible way and that's through good copy marketing copy,
good imagery,
good videos and good supporting information that will
give the end user the best possible experience.
The presentation today covered a lot in terms of the end user aspects,
but from the audience today we have a lot of partners attending.
And if as a partner you are looking to
create the best possible user experience for a retailer,
then by deploying Pimberly, that gives you the best possible chance to do that.
We will provide a single source of truth that will host all of the information,
whether that be product descriptions, images and technical data, we can then
promote that back out through the website. And that is something
from a partnership perspective in creating a composable solution.
Pimberly is very much at the core of that.
I think the important bit is absolutely for the end user
to understand when they go into a website to get the best possible experience.
We see now the PIM and Pimberly working with lots of other tech partners
were able to bring together a solution whereby the sum is greater than the parts.
And we are now beginning to deliver that to
retailers so we can actually provide them additional benefit
and make themselves more competitive against
their existing competitors.
